JFL Logistics, LLC, 2522 Edward Babe Gomez Ave, Omaha, NE 68107. Questions: (402) 431-9410 or through the support page.
What we collect and why
- Authority data — MC/DOT number, legal name, address, phone — to verify you against FMCSA and to call the number on the record, not one typed into a form.
- Contact data — dispatch email and phone — to send rate confirmations, check calls, document requests and payment notices.
- Documents — W-9, certificate of insurance, notices of assignment, BOLs and PODs — to set you up and pay you.
- Support and claims — what you send through the forms, including load numbers and times, to answer and to pay accessorials.
What we never collect through this website
Bank account and routing numbers. Banking is confirmed by phone before the first payment. We will never change your payment details because of an email; any change is confirmed by phone to your number on file at FMCSA.
Consent records
When you tick a consent box on this site we log a record with the timestamp, the page address, the exact wording and its version. That is how we can show precisely what you agreed to and when.
Email practices
- Load, document and payment mail comes from loads.jfllogistics.com and stays on while you haul for us.
- News and new-lane announcements come from news.jfllogistics.com, are double opt-in and off by default, and unsubscribing never stops load, document or payment mail.
- Email subjects never contain your name, MC number or load details.
- Role addresses such as dispatch@ and safety@ are accepted everywhere on this site.
Sharing
We share what a load requires with the shipper and receiver on that load, and what a factor requires with your factor when you have one. We do not sell carrier data. Service providers that host or transmit for us are bound to the same limits.
Retention and your choices
Load documents are kept for the period law and contracts require. You can ask what we hold, correct it, or close the relationship through the support page. Closing the relationship does not erase records we must keep for tax, safety or claim purposes.
Security
Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web root. Access is role-based inside JFL. Verification is phone-first precisely so that a stolen MC number or a forged certificate does not become a payment to a stranger.
